个人简介:

目前担任华中师范大学计算机学院教授,博士生导师,计算机科学与技术系系主任。目前主持国家自然科学基金面上项目一项,并参与国家自然科学基金重点项目、“精准医疗”重点专项等科研项目,其中以第一作者或者通讯作者在医学人工智能和微生物组学数据挖掘等方面发表SCI论文20余篇。积极参与学术服务,担任了湖北省生物信息学会副理事长、IEEE BIBM程序委员会委员、中国计算机学会生物信息学专委会委员等兼职,担任了本领域多个国际期刊的编委、审稿等工作;热心参与公益事业,担任了北京丰盛公益基金会树洞行动救援团的技术支持委员会主任。
